Projects and Project Partnerships
Experience, knowledge and cooperation in natural and cultural heritage
In addition to our core work in the protection, preservation and interpretation of natural and cultural heritage, the Jezerski hram Institute has many years of experience in developing and implementing projects.
We participate in local, national and international projects, both as a lead partner and as a project partner. Our work combines in-depth knowledge of the local environment and heritage with extensive experience in project development, management, implementation and content development.
Over the years, we have participated in and led numerous projects in these fields at local, national and international level.

In our projects, we aim to make specialist knowledge understandable, engaging and useful, while developing results that continue to have value beyond the formal end of a project.
๐งญ From project idea to implementation
Our role in project partnerships goes beyond the implementation of individual activities.
We have experience in developing project ideas, preparing content, coordinating partners, organising and delivering activities, interpreting heritage, communicating with different target groups, and monitoring and reporting project results.
An important strength of our work is our close knowledge of the local environment and our ability to connect professional expertise with local experience and knowledge passed down through generations.
